Design and Features
The lens was made from 1951 until 1963 in several variations but with the same optical design. The minimum focusing distance varied from 0.7 to 0.8 m, the lens had manual aperture before 1957 but received preset aperture from 1957. Early variations of the lens had monochromatic silver housing, however from 1963 the lens was made in "zebra" design as shown on the photo above.
